But it looks like a decent job to start with; could be re-kit-ed to be
a nice one.

With the National (rather than Eddystone) dial it's a vintage AM
piece; pretty rough to tune in SSB at ~200 kcs/knob revolution.

I don't know about the price; I guess these things are worth whatever
someone is willing to pay.  If I were going to bid (I'm not!) I'd want
to see a picture under the chassis.

I wonder if there are any of the other coils?
