Yep, that's them.  You can find them more cheaply in other places,
when you can find them.  But making stuff like this is classic 'buggy
whip' industry -- there's unlikely to be more than one supplier and
when he goes down for any reason, it's over.  If you haven't got one,
this is a good 'lay away' item for future projects.

Most of the National and Millen dials are compatible, I think --
others here are more expert than I, but I think that most are just
frames with a drive like this set in the middle.
