[HBR] So i'm gonna build an HBR-XX

With some success, I've used lead-core fly fishing line.  It's thicker than the ordinary braided line, but does have one flaw - if there's a lot of tension on the pull, the lead can deform.  I used to be the Denver Regional Svc. Mgr. for the old BA, and the dial-string as used on some of the high-end audio gear (as previously mentioned by Bob - N1KPR) used that stuff he spoke of - it was terrific and only broke when the owner got his fingers into it.
