[HBR] IF's winding

I've a supply of unknow IFT's from junk radios,  A few has no cores,  the majority have cores,  Since i finally bought an AADE meter, I think i can do a series of measurements as i wind a winding.  Perhaps i'm wrong, But i would like to use them.  Keith.

Also one of the very best sources for good IFs are the 50Khz units from a BC-453 receiver.

Yes, I have sucessfully wound some I.F. coils .. but
I'll need to find the
photographs.  They were on my old server
and are now gone :-(

It was for an AM radio project
though.  My concern would be getting the
coupling correct for
something as critical as the HBR-16.
