For those interested in acquiring my book "Recollections of a Radio  
Receiver", the existing domestic (US) ordering window will remain open 
until December 5  with ordering/payment and book delivery via US Postal 
Service First Class Mail.  Arrangements have been made to supply books 
to other countries in International Postal Zones 2 through 9 by use of 
electronic ordering/payment and book delivery by International First
