[HBR] lift top case

I'm seeing a lot of old TV test equipment on e-bay. There are 3 
like this on ebay right now:

B&K 1077B TV Analysts actually make pretty nice cases after 
you strip out the guts. A 17" x 10" x 3" chassis fits right in, 
make a new front panel and you're set. Or, after the circuit 
boards are removed, cover the top of the existing chassis with 
a fresh piece of cookie-sheet and use that. Could even use the 
power transformer, but it's voltage is a little high... maybe run 
choke input...

I'll use one for an HBR-type reciever and a second for a 
matching exciter...
