[HBR] Yet another HBR

Hi Jab,
I built mine on a 19 inch chassis and there were still a lot of tubes in the
back.  When I first saw that picture I thought the receiver was incomplete;
then I thought it has to be an eleven.  It will be interesting if one of the
group buys it and gives us a report.
