[HBR] HBR 13 on ePay

The HBR 13 in question was built in 1999/2000.
The coil stand idea was picked up from  a forgotten source and worked out 
well.

Three level coil stand is pretty nifty.

When did VE7BOX build it? The orange drops and stickers make it hard for me 
to place.
