While you guys are bemoaning the body, keep in mind that the RME was ALWAYS, 
in the words of a former employee "a work in progress".  I have found in my 
RME travels, that the SAMS schematic (most often found) is not accurate to 
ALL of the 45's, and other schematics I've located show different 
connections (in power-supply, mostly) as well.  Also, there were a few 45's 
that are marked as a "straight 45", but are in fact an early version of the 
"B", as they have the VR tube.

Yes, I love to resurrect them, and bring them back to loving noise-making 
again, but you WILL need to recap, and in most cases - re-resistor them - go 
for it, if it tickles your tools.
