Guys,

The number of downloads has far exceeded expectations to the point where 
my generous bandwidth limits have been exceeded and my file storage has 
been / soon will be suspended by my provider.  I am sorry, but I must 
now remove the Meissner file from the website.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Someone who has downloaded it may like to put it up on a website where 
there are fewer bandwidth restrictions.
