Hi. I'm rebuilding an HBR using the polar cap. I accidentally damaged it. Upon investigation of the cap I found that the cap frame had developed cracks at several locations on the stator mounting bars. In my opinion this was a bad design despite the raves about this cap. So I'm looking for a miller 1461. Do you know where I can find one? Andy VE2DNN.
