[HBR] WTB J W Miller 1460 capacitor

Well... I thought you were kidding, but guess not - it's the "spec" sheet
for the component.  Depicts a picture and the specifications.  I know that
there were a couple of guys looking for the proper cap, some months ago, but
not sure if they ever found any... pretty rare critters, I'd suppose... and
NO - you can't have the one out of my HBR-11... HI HI HI
