I've gotten the under-chassis pictures of the eBay HBR-16; it's very 
nice work.  Very point-to-point, but the builder clearly knew what he 
was doing and made no mistakes that I could see -- only a couple of 
soldering iron burns that I could see, no tacked on extensions to leads, 
good quality new parts were used, nice clean chassis with no corrosion, 
and so on.  He used machine screws to add reinforcements to the chassis 
corners, flat head screws and countersunk. On a quick look, I'd grade it 
as 'A' workmanship.  This builder was far from a beginner.

The seller hasn't yet put the pics on the listing and I don't know if he 
will.  If you want to see them, send me an email and I'll pass them
