Neil,
Great on getting started on the "mouse radio". I still have a complete
set of pictures I will post today and some photos from Joe Cro on the HB
receiver he has. He'd like help on identification. I'll also post some
LWM-3 pictures. Jay Helms (W6HHT) sent me some pictures of his HBR+ which
is terriffic but I can't put my hands on the pictures right now.
As far as the CD I've added some things to the HBR section which are not
on the web site but not too much. Most of the additions have been other
electronics related stuff and the one CD is nearly full. I have copies of
the drill templates for the HBR 8, 11, 16 and 13C which I can send. Just
need your address. Applies to anyone on the HBR reflector.

Kees,
I'm about to start work reviving Morry Weinschenker's (K3DPJ) "barn"
HBR-16 (see http://www.io.com/~nielw/hbr16/index.html ).
Several tube sockets were ruined but the other parts look to me like
they servived the mouse. I'll probably rebuild starting with the
functional equivalent on the HBR8 and then add the options.
BTW, this receiver started out life just a few miles north of me in
Northfield, MN. Morry got it from his cousin and took it back to PA. I
traded a Stancor 20P to bring it back to its "homeland".
Some questions:
I have your HBR Receiver Data and More CD version 1.0 dated July 2002.
Is a more recent version available and what has been added?
Where can I find the fullscale drilling templates of the front panel
and chassis made available by Nelson Beals (W1MUZ) that you mention on
the web site?
tnx es 73,
Niel
