Yes sir, the same thing is happening here too and I didn't fully realize it  
until reading your dissertation on the subject. I couldn't figure out why some 
 people were posting in their auctions a 10 day clearance time on personal 
checks  and US Postal MO,s ???????
Now I know why. I went to my bank the other day to redeem one and they had  
to call the post office first, never had this happen before and I have been  
banking at this institution for over thirty years. But get this, you can take it 
 to the post office and they don't even worry about it ????   I guess  their 
covered for taking their own bad paper ???  You wanna see 
ham fests again, just wait til the Feds start taxing E-Bay.   My  2 cents
