[HBR] Panel engraving

IF the panel is aluminum, and not of a tempered type, you can actually take
it to a person who makes nametags, plaques, trophies, et. al.  Their
equipment will do a SPLENDID job of engraving, but you have to have it all
figured out, beforehand.

It's preferred to be a solid plate - WITHOUT HOLES yet... The guy who did
some for me, did it anyway, but grumbled.
