[HBR] Panel engraving

I'd like to have my HBR project's front panel lettering engraved, rather than 
use press on letters or decals.

Does anyone know of someone that does panel engraving reasonably?  Hopefully 
in So. Cal., but I'd bill willing to mail the drilled and painted panel with a 
layout to someone familiar with instrument panel engraving.
