[HBR] BC-453, other than IF transformers

A big thanks to all for hints on BC-453 and like usability as tunable
IF and parts sources!

Especially Walt (KJ4KV) and Jim (N2EY). Not that the other comments
weren't useful too, but their writing was right-on-track for what
I was thinking about doing in the HBR context, as well as putting
other parts to use!

The chassis for my HBR-16-somewhat-alike has been ordered,
I've already made a little box housing a VFO coupled to my big
Millen dial, and I've hooked up the 85kHz transformers to a sweep
generator in preparation of getting everything lined up. Realistically
I won't have a chunk of spare time to get everything done until this
summer at the earliest (and there are other neglected projects like
the R-390A yellow striper from the bottom of Fair Radio's pile) but
the journey will be fun, I'm sure!
