[HBR] Surplus in Mexico...

Yes, according to some of my local club members who, on sevearl occasions 
over the years and as a group of three or four, travelled from Texas to 
Mexico for the purpose of operating a weekend contest...Not strictly 
emporiums of amateur radio parts and gear, but an assortment of surplus and 
used amateur, CB, computer, appliance and electrical parts and what-not.
