[HBR] Restoration info

I would like to have both the "Restoration of Valved HF Communications 
Receivers and the 80 page G2DAF Receiver Article if you can send them to me.  

I have V1.0 of your HBR Receiver data.  I noticed in one of your recent 
e-mails that both receiver articles I just mentioned are in V2.0.  How much is that 
CD going for?
