[HBR] APC caps & 5-pin coil forms

Shameless plug, but I offer 5 pin forms (NOS Meissner units) that are wound 
for various frequencies, for $3 each. They're vintage bakelite and can take 
quite a bit of heat (an issue with the OSE versions, which I believe, are 
styrene).
