[HBR] what is the BEST receiver

Hi Rob,

For my $$$, the BEST buy on the market is the Heathkit SB-301 --- preferably
with all three IF filters...

It's stable, sensitive, has 1-KHz resolution, and is easy to work on. Best
of all, they're CHEAP!
