I absolutely agree... matter-of-fact, that very admonition is in either
Ted's notes or in the original articles... also, the aluminum ones can grow
"tin pest"... tiny little "mountains" of aluminum oxide, that can eventually
touch each other, and short out the cap... happens a lot on older radios
that have sat out in a barn or basement.
