Scott,

I have an original copy of "HBR Notes", as sent to the original builder of
mine, by W6TC himself. I'd be happy to send you a copy of them... they're
on legal-sized paper, and are typewritten, with hand-drawn diagrams, but
they'll save you lots of headaches. Coil winding tips are on the website,
but I'd add my own personal tips - as in spite of the clarity of the
instructions, they're easily interpreted in MANY ways. Finding the original
1 1/4" 5-pin forms may be difficult these days, but many of the fellas on
this reflector have made them from everything, including pill bottles, and
just about anything.

The APC caps for the coils are kind of tough to find as well, but surplus
gear that you'll discover at hamfests, contain them, and it's worth it to
get the RIGHT thing.

Good Luck
