[HBR] HBR-16

Greetings:

I need the HBR-16 template.  In what directory of HBR CD does it reside?
Been looking for it a while now and can't seem to find it.  Just need the
lay dimentions, I 'm not gong to be using the printout itself as a
drilling and hole punch guide.
