[HBR] Front Panel Lettering, REVISITED

I bet you all thought everything had been said about this subject.

Not necessarily so!

I have a HRO-50 cabinet that had been repainted.
The lettering is engraved into the front.
YEP!  The engravings got way too much paint.
Any suggestions as to cleaning out the engravings, and
getting the white paint into them?
That is, less than an all day job?
Or is it just tough for me, and I should get a small sharp
object, the magnifying goggles, and get to work and
quit whining?
