Just a quick note.....

I'm beginning to wonder if the performance of the HBR2K is actually much 
better than the test setup permits to be shown? I recall the comment in a 
receiver article many, many years ago (I think it was the "75 Meter Receiver 
For DX Work" by W1KLK, QST about 1972) where the author noted that in order 
to build a better receiver, it would be necessary to first build better test 
gear because his lab-quality signal generator put out only 0.1 volt, which 
wasn't near enough to cause overload in his rx.
