Do you mean dial pulleys? I have a few, of various sizes.

Dial drums (as I've heard the term) are short wide cylinders that carry the 
dial calibration on the edge. The HBR website has pictures of a receiver I 
built that used an old plastic cereal bowl for a dial drum.
