I'm planning to use a CRL (Centralab, right?) rotary switch in the
general coverage project. I've got it all -- except the shaft is too
short on the wafer side. I need either:
1. A CRL shaft and bearing assembly, 1/4" shaft, that extends at
least 4" behind the panel and has holes for the wafer screws that are
1-3/16" apart . Don't need the switch wafers, spacers, long screws,
index plate or any of that.
-OR-
2. A complete switch assembly, 12-position, at least 6 decks,
diameter of wafers not much above 1-1/4" Has to be English-
system -- 1/4" shaft rather than 6 mm.
I've got all kinds of junk to trade or happy to pay cash.
The switch couples on the rear to the slug rack cam shaft in the
synthesizer assembly. The end of that shaft has to be about 4"
behind the panel and the space is too tight for an extra shaft coupling
in there.
