[HBR] Restoring old receiver

Stan,  try replacing the electrolytics,   and only the papers that couple plate
circuits to a grid ,  usually in the audio section,  and usually there are only one
or two such paper caps.  I say this because those are the only caps where small
amounts of leakage cause a problem.    Dan.
