I have the 5th Edition (1976) of the RSGB manual which has a
G2DAF Mark II receiver which is a 160-10m, double conversion,
16 tube (valve) receiver.

Sensitivity: 10dB S/N for .5uV
Selectivity: 2.5Khz BW at -6dB, 5Khz at -60dB
second channel rejection of 80dB or more
IF breakthrough rejection of 80dB or more
crystal HFO (converter) for each band
absolutely minimal spurs
selectable AGC
AM noise limiter
frontend dynamic range of 100dB or more
Q-multiplier
mechanical filter

But I don't think it was as popular (due to the complexity) as the
previous version which is what I think you have. That's another
one "with many hundred built". Maybe someone else has more
information or knows some hams to ask.
