[HBR] Brittish/Canadian HBR

I have a hbr that has become excess to my needs. I am in the middle of =
some heavy duty AM projects and don't have the time to work this =
receiver nor the space to store it until I do. I acquired the receiver =
from a gent in Canada and it is apparently a Brittish design (not the =
American HBR line). It isn't working but looks complete and with a =
little work can be made functional. It powers up and has audio but =
doesn't work on any of the bands. On the negative side there are some =
disconnected wires under the chassis and the chassis itself has some =
extraneous holes (but not that many). It will need to be recapped and =
the S meter should be replaced with a larger variety. Someone replaced =
the original with a smaller meter and used a adapter plate that doesn't =
look very good.=20

On the positive side, it looks complete, has a beautiful Eddystone dial, =
the front panel looks good (would look better with the proper S meter) =
and appears to be well made with quality components, IF transformers, =
nice set of matching knobs etc. I've been told the Eddystone dial is a =
rather pricey item. I"ll also include the Brittish magazine pictured =
below. The receiver isn't a copy of the receiver in the publication.

I would like to get my money back out of it. I have $200 plus shipping =
from Canada and would consider the best offer over $200. I have taken =
some jpegs and the address is posted below.
