Since there were a couple of requests, here is some additional
information from Darrell on the 21 tube receiver. Looking forward to
more.
Also put some better front and chassis pictures on the web site.

===========================================
It is band switched from 80 to 10 meters and has variable selectivity. It
also has a notch filter, hang agc and both product and envelope
detectors.
It uses a total of 21 tubes.In spite of the fact that it has all octal
tubes, I believe it was most likely constructed in the early 60's. The
receiver is triple conversion with a 1900-2400 KC tunable IF followed by
455
KC and 50 KC fixed IF's. I have been unable to find the circuit in any
text.
I suspect the builder took classic circuits from many sources and
combined
them.
