[HBR] Fw: Making a 100Khz IF transformer

Just wanted to see if it could be done. Posted results on the web site
in the "Hints and Kinks" section ...IF transformer table. The windings 
were put on as best can with a variable speed drill. Any suggestions
for improving the passband would be appreciated. The way those 
JW Miller IFs are wound is not something I can duplicate right now.

I'm convinced the BC-453 IF transformers (which can still be found) 
are great if your project will allow for the larger transformer. This 
experiment was undertaken ....if all you have space for are the small 
3/4" retangular IFs (smaller HBR-11/12).

Also made a 1630Khz 1st IF which is much easier by pulling wire
off a lower frequency transformer.
