I've come across a qty of new 5-pin Amphenol plugs which match the 5-pin sockets used on the HBR receivers. If you adapt some PVC like material or similiar, you have a coil form. Might not be as great as an original Amphenol coil form, but it's still available and you never know when you want to add an extra band.
