[HBR] CD info

Hello, 

My 1960, 61, 62 and 63 copies of QST are bound and I can't make 
good copies of some of the items at the binding. Would someone 
volunteer to make good copies of the following HBR related pages: 

1960 April p35, Dec p36
1962 June p59,
1963 May p19, June p168

Also if you want the pictures of rigs on the CD, someone needs to 
make good B&W copies off the web site and send them to me.
