[HBR] HBR info for CD

Looks like overwhelming response and request for the CD.

Here is all the information I presently have, if you have additional HBR 
material you would like to add please contact me. Also, if someone with
better computer bandwidth and a quality printer can print all the
pictures 
in black and white on 8.5 x 11, I appreciate it. This might also be a
good 
time to get those HBR pictures sent in for the CD. If there are some on
the 
Web Site you would not want on the CD please send me a note.

Some of these are handwritten notes so the quality is "as good as it
gets".
