[HBR] copies of articles

Kees, great idea, especially for me if you include the earliest articles by Crosby
in the late 50's. When I renewed my interest in his articles a few years ago, I
chased down most of the articles but not sure I got the earliest ones, which I
vaguely remember reading at the time of their publication. Ten bucks would be a
very appealing price - you might consider distributing on a cd but I'm not sure how
that would price out and how much effort that would be. Thanks for considering this
