OK, looks like it's ready to ship. The CD contains all the QST articles, 
all the correspondence I have, all the pictures I have, many additional
manuals, electronic data, filler material, etc for a total of 217MB.
CDs are name brand (Memorex, etc) and come in the standard jewel 
case. "README" files are on the CDs, An Adobe 4 reader program 
is included, and they have been virus scanned. 

Cost in the US and Canada is $10 postpaid (first class). I accept cash, 
Money Order, personal check on US bank, postage stamps, and PayPal.

Cost worldwide is $12US postpaid (airmail). I accept cash, International
Money Order, and PayPal.
