My favorite commercial slogan of all time traces to the early 1960's 
when I wandered Akibahara as a Lt(jg) with far, far too few bucks.  
But one of the things I did bring back was a pair of beautiful 
multimeters, a product of the Sanwa Electric Instrument Co., 
"What bring comfort and convenience on your life."   They were the 
most accurate such meters I ever owned, very compact, and 
overall, far ahead of anything one could get in the states at the time 
and I wondered what would happen if the Japanese ever began to 
export significant amounts of electronics to the U.S...
