[HBR] HBR-16 Parts or Restoration

In the course of pinging the BA lists about homebrew receivers, what appears
to be an HBR-16 was offered up for sale to me.  I bought it and expect to
see it in a couple of weeks.  From the picture it appeared to be in fair
condition.  Operating condition or circuitry is really unknown.   Its often
hard to judge from photo's.  Anyway, my thoughts are to either restore it if
its in good restorable condition, or part it out and use those hard to find
parts to build a new one.
