Use a spade bit backed by a piece of wood 2/4 or what ever is required. If
you have a drill press that will cut the Al. muck cleaner. Slowly feed the
bit into the Al. stock to prevent grabbing. An adjustable drill bill is
much better as you can use thin wood stock to adjust bit the down to a hair.
Harbor Freight sells the hole punches for electrical work, but these will
fit a lot of tube sockets. CAUTION Al. is soft and will grab sending your
chassis for a loop de loop - take care use eye protection and gloves. Use a
drill vise while using a press and the lowest speed your press can give
you. You can trim using a sharp knife or a counter sink for the smaller
holes. Hope this helps you. My best regards es 73's jerry rego KE7YG
