[HBQRP] Geiger counter circuit

Ray, I've located my Raytheon Projects Manual. Here is an early Geiger Counter using the proverbial CK-721 transistor. Easily this could be adapted for a silicon part.
I've also included a link to some vintage books, should anyone be interested in browsing.
