[HBQRP] HBQRP Crystal tester project update

For those not at the meeting this last saturday, we tried to get some PCB's
etched.  one did etch with some issues and I was able to build it and it
does work.  Steve was able to print some transfers at home later and etch
them.  He does have one working.  I have a couple of changes to make to the
board and we should have a great project.

I plan on having some boards with the toner transfer already done and ready
to etch.  I will try to have some etched and ready for solder melt to
happen also.

Right now the board is working with all SMT parts.  I will work on getting
a board for all thru-hole parts ready.  I have plenty of SMT parts so do
not need to source any there.  I do not have many of the thru hole parts so
those who want to build this way will need to source them.  This is
something we can discuss at future meetings.
