[HBQRP] meeting

Hi Tim,

  I plan on having the parts, PCB makings and all else to build a crystal
test oscillator.  If you are able to make it, will have one for you.  Last
meeting we printed the circuit layout for the PCB and this meeting I hope
to laminate the print to the PCB, etch the boards, and melt some solder.
If you have some crystals you may want tested, please feel free to bring
them and maybe a 9V battery for testing.
