There is no circuit board. If you can zoom in on the picture, you can see it's built Manhattan style.
Under "Coil Details" you will read "Transmit inductor details coming soon...". From this and, the description of the Arduino code, it sounds like the project is still under development.
The whole circuit schematic seems completely documented, and he has broken out different sections of the circuit for explanation and details. With that level of detail, the project can be built in sections.
