[HBQRP] This Saturdays Crystal tester circuit

2nd try at the parts I have and will bring.  If someone has some leaded
parts and would like to bring them, please feel free.  I should have enough
for 15 to 20 builds at least.

(2)  2N3904    (I have some SOT-23 version, no TO-92s)
(1)  LED    (I do have some SMT)
(3)  .01uF capacitor  (I have some 1206 SMT)
(1)  330pF  capacitor  (0805 COG SMT)
(1)  18pF capacitor  (0805 COG SMT)
(1)  100K resistor  (0805 SMT)
(1)  1K resistor  (1206 SMT)
(3)  100 ohm resistor  (1/4 Watt Leaded)
(1)  current limit resistor for the LED - normally 220 to 470 ohm works but
value needs to be verfied.

Also if you have some 9 volt batteries, clips and an assortment of crystals
to test, bring them.
