Hello,
I am new here, just starting to get into QRP. I have been licensed for about 16 years, but I recently moved to a new town with very little ham radio activity, (Dubuque, IA) and started a new job.
I used to work at Collins Radio (now called Rockwell Collins) and learned a lot from the people there. I have a background in Electrical & Test Engineering, and once had to learn a lot about things like VNAs and RF testing the hard way. Now I design tractors for a living.

I currently live in an apartment, so I expect it will be QRP for the next couple of years. Most of my log is PSK31 or SSB, but I am slowly working on building CW speed. I am also active in VHF/UHF weak signal, but again expect the apartment will impact this as well.

Hello, newest friend! Are you a seasoned home brewer, or just beginning? I'm just beginning...
