Have you tried Polar Bear QRP Ops group on Yahoo?

I find a lot of old activity when I Google Polar Bear QRP or Polar Bear Moonlight Madness.   About half the sites are blocked on my company computer (hobby) so I can't check them all.

Maybe e-mail one of the founders?
