Hello my name is Frank my call is kd0hgi . I got out of the ham radio hobby for about 12 years and in 2009 when i moved to Nebraska i retook the ham exam and became a general class in sept.2009. been a general since. I operate on 2-meters and 70cm(440mhz) and 10-meter f.m. can be found on 29.640- on 10 meter f.m. and on 146.700- and 146.835- 2-meter repeaters in the North Platte Nebraska area.hope to someday get on 6-meters and to get on echolink and irlp.can't have outside antennas were i live so i mostly operate as a mobile and sometimes as a portable fixed station when camping. ham radio is a great hobby and have met a lot of nice people thru ham radio glad i got back into ham radio. 73 frank kd0hgi.
